Join us for An afternoon craft beer tasting and gathering in support of the Fire Island Lighthouse Preservation Society- the organization in charge of the restoration and education of our local historic maritime site. Proceeds from this event help maintain and keep the Fire Island Lighthouse open to the public.

This year's event is on October 12th from 3-5 pm at the fire island lighthouse.

TICKET Policies and Updated Protocols- 9/22/2021

21+ only. Must have valid ID upon entry. In the event guests are unable to show valid id, no refunds will be offered.

In response to covid-19 safety, guests will be permitted to bring their own food and picnic at the event. Tables will be set up to consume food. No outside beverages or beverage containers are permitted

For everyone's safety, biodegradable single-use cups will be used in place of commemorative tasting glasses. All guests will receive a commemorative pint glass upon exit

NO outside alcohol will be allowed at the event or on the premises.

At this time, social distancing is required on the terrace of the lighthouse. In the event guests are unable to socially distance themselves, masks will be required.

Socially distant drinking stations will be available

There is a mask mandate INSIDE the lighthouse. If you need to use the restroom please be prepared to wear a mask.

All covid-19 related mandates are subject to change per National Park Service guidelines.

Getting Here
Due to the unique location of the event, all guests will park at Robert Moses State Park Field 5 and walk to the Fire Island Lighthouse.
Park in the furthest east corner and take the scenic footpath towards the lighthouse.
Fire Island Pedicab will be available to hire for rides from Field 5 to the lighthouse and back. Round trip costs $5 per person. All payment is directly through Fire Island Pedicab.
Car Service Instructions
If you wish to take a car service, you will need to instruct your driver to drop you off at the Robert Moses Field 5 Parking Lot as taxi vehicles will not be allowed to drop off or pick up at the base of the lighthouse.
